Udi Gal is a world-renowned sailing coach, an Olympian athlete and coach, world champion, European champion, and a former 1st world ranking. Udi has over twenty years of sailing coaching experience, including coaching the USA Olympic Sailing Team in the 2012 Olympics in London and the Israeli Sailing Team in the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Udi competed in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics representing Israel in the 470 dinghy sailing class. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from IDC Herzliya and a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. Udi is an experienced mental coach helping athletes achieve their potential through mental training and performance management.
